Our October Headlines ‘n’ Deadlines bar trivia event was such a hit, we had to do it again — and kick it up a notch.
Come join area journos and a very special guest — local Jeopardy champ Ken Jennings (!) — as he hosts this second, special edition of Headlines ‘n Deadlines bar trivia yet at Hilliard’s in Ballard Feb. 11. Teams will be presented with clues in the form of an answer about current events, journalists, Seattle news, and Seattle news organizations, and will phrase their responses in the form of questions (just like on Jeopardy). The top three teams will go home with awesome prizes.

Come with a team of up to six people or just arrive and we’ll place you on a team. Enjoy great $4 pints of the in-house beer and amazing Peruvian sandwiches available for purchase from Don Luchos food truck, which will be parked at Hilliard’s for the event.
Proceeds from the event will go towards the SPJ Western Washington scholarship fund, which helps deserving journalism students in our area who want to make a difference in our industry.
Jennings will crown a champion at the end of the evening. Will it be you?
